*GREEN FEE

We’re giving you the opportunity to offset your own travel emissions to and from the festival, as well as reducing the overall impact of the festival, by taking up the Optional Green Fee. For an additional $3.00 on the normal ticket price, an Optional Green Fee is the basic peace of mind that you’ve more than covered your own carbon footprint.   For every $1 contributed, we purchase carbon credits on your behalf.

With the $3 Optional Green Fee - paid by you to offset your carbon footprint. We then purchase carbon credits on your behalf, with the money going towards initiatives such as:

Recycling stations throughout the site
Off-site sorting of recyclable materials
Free Eco Stalls for Environmental Groups
Green Stamp Printing - all posters, flyers and programmes created are printed on 55% recycled paper and 45% oxygen-bleached paper by our Green Stamped printers

Sunset Events will also match every Green Fee dollar with $2 of its own money, used to further offset carbon emissions. We will also continue our Tree-For-Ticket policy, where we purchase a tree for every ticket sold. In 2009 this led to 20,000 tree plantings across WA.

 We will announce all Green Roots initiatives in the months ahead, plus will document all post festival developments so you can see where your money has gone.

**BOOKING FEES

Moshtix's booking fees are as follows:

• On-line booking fee - $3.40 per ticket + 2.5% credit card charge (of the total ticket price)

• Telephone booking fee - $3.40 per ticket + 2.5% credit card charge (of the total ticket price) + $1.50 per ticket.

• Ticket outlet fee - $5 per ticket

• Name change fee - $7.50 per name change
